   I smell another morals hit for the Republicans brewing. Anybody want to take bets on what type of scandal, when it will surface and how they will (try to) spin it?

   I have no idea what she said. I watched it twice. I’m going to get drunk and watch it again to see if it makes any more sense.

   It barely makes any sense at all. But the little bit I got from it was about not having Alaska’s citizens pay for future litigation costs.

   And now that there is talk of federal indictments for stolen building supplies in Wasilla when she was Mayor. . . maybe it makes more sense.

   Got to respect her speech writer. It took her eight mins of misdirection to get to the 20 seconds of details.

   How many people are really paying attention at that point? And she’s so upbeat through it all, like she’s telling them good news.
